Thanks to its modular design, the polearm can be effortlessly disassembled for convenient storage and transport. This effectively addresses the challenges of handling and shipping traditional long polearms, especially across borders. The design overcomes international courier restrictions on oversized items (typically anything over 120 cm), enabling cross-border sales. In the conventional market, long polearms are often limited to local sales due to transport difficulties, which restricts competition and can lead to price monopolies. Our product offers dealers a viable solution for long-distance distribution.
Cost-Effective Versatility:
Customers can purchase multiple spearheads to pair with a single shaft, or buy additional lower poles of different lengths. This allows for a wide variety of combinations and lengths, significantly reducing the overall cost of ownership while offering greater versatility in gameplay.
Multiple Length Options:
We offer pole shafts in various lengths that can be freely combined to achieve different total lengths, catering to the specific needs of various LARP activities. Our standard total lengths are 180 cm, 210 cm, and 240 cm. You can also connect the spearhead directly to the lower pole, omitting the middle section, to assemble shorter polearms of 90 cm, 120 cm, or 150 cm—ideal for children or specific character roles. Expandable Length & Structural Considerations:
Our product structure supports the connection of multiple upper poles, allowing the total length of the weapon to extend to 3 m, 4 m, or even 5 m. However, since most LARP events have a maximum polearm length limit (typically 240 cm), the internal core of our standard products is specifically designed and reinforced for configurations within that range. Using our standard components to assemble polearms beyond 240 cm may result in insufficient structural support. For users or organizations requiring extra-long polearms, we offer custom production with thicker and stronger internal cores to ensure safety and durability for high-stress usage.
Durability:
During the design process, we placed great emphasis on the strength and durability of both the connection points and the internal structure. The connecting system uses custom-made, high-quality 304 stainless steel screws to ensure a secure and reliable assembly. The upper pole is constructed from high-strength hollow carbon fiber tubing, which provides excellent rigidity and ensures precise control and powerful strikes during combat. The lower pole is made of a high-toughness fiberglass tube, offering superior elasticity and shock absorption. This effectively reduces hand impact during use, enhances comfort, and extends the overall lifespan of the weapon.
We have conducted multiple rounds of internal testing on this structure—including rigorous stress and impact tests—along with iterative refinements, to ensure the final product can withstand the demands of real combat scenarios while delivering outstanding durability and long-term performance.
Safety:
The spearhead and shaft are made from tear-resistant, high-durability polyurethane foam, ensuring both safety and long-term performance. The tip of the spearhead features a high-quality flexible safety core that effectively absorbs impact, reduces pain on contact, and significantly enhances safety and comfort during use.
Connection System:
This product uses custom-made, high-quality 304 stainless steel screws for assembly, with M16 × 2.0 coarse-thread specifications that meet international standards. This design ensures excellent structural strength and durability while allowing users to perform DIY modifications or component upgrades according to their needs, enhancing the product’s expandability and compatibility.
Comfort and Balance:
The core of the spearhead is made with a thinner fiberglass rod, effectively absorbing impact to reduce pain during strikes. The main shaft features a thicker carbon fiber core for strength and stiffness, while the lower shaft uses fiberglass material, offering a degree of elasticity that helps buffer shocks. This structure delivers excellent handling and weight distribution, improving comfort and performance during active use.
Balanced Weight Distribution (for Various Lengths):
We have scientifically adjusted the internal weighting of each shaft length to ensure the balance point of every polearm is positioned roughly at the rear third of the total length—right where the user typically grips. This precise weight distribution improves overall stability and striking accuracy while ensuring a safe and comfortable handling experience, regardless of length.
Eco-Friendly and Sustainable:
This product line offers an environmentally friendly and sustainable solution for polearm enthusiasts. Instead of stockpiling multiple full-length weapons, users only need one set of shafts with multiple interchangeable heads to accommodate various styles and character roles. If a spearhead or shaft is damaged, only the affected part needs to be replaced—minimizing waste and saving costs.
Latex-Free and Maintenance-Free Durability:
Unlike most latex-based polearms on the market that require regular upkeep, our products are made from maintenance-free, highly durable materials. They offer excellent weather resistance, withstanding both extreme heat and freezing temperatures. The surface coating is tough and abrasion-resistant, holding up even during intense combat. All the typical maintenance issues of latex weapons? Not a problem here.
