Return or Cancel an order

If you are dissatisfied with a product, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving the item. The product must be returned in its original condition.

How To return the goods to you,

Once we receive your request, we will contact you with instructions and the exact return address for you to send back the products.

Please return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal.

Return shipping cost

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.

Is your product defective? (This form does not apply to such cases.)

If your item has manufacturing defects, please email us photos and videos showing the product issues directly at info@dreki.com. We will contact you upon receipt of your message.
