Returns & Refunds

1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)

We understand that plans may change at any time, such as selecting the wrong product, ordering the wrong quantity, or entering an incorrect shipping address.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please submit a request via the Withdrawal Form,
or email us at info@dreki.com. Please include “URGENT - #Order Number” in the email subject line so we can prioritize your request.

Upon receiving your request, we will attempt to intercept your order as soon as possible. However, once the order has entered the processing or shipping stage, interception cannot be guaranteed.

Please note: we typically dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Therefore, please ensure that your product selection, quantity, and shipping details are correct before placing your order.

  • Cancellation before shipment: If the order has not been shipped and cancellation is successful, a full refund will be issued.
  • Orders already shipped: Once the order status is updated to “Shipped” and a tracking number has been generated, the order can no longer be cancelled or modified. In this case, please follow our return policy after receiving the item.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items (Upon Delivery)

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If you receive a damaged item, incorrect product, or missing item, please contact us at info@dreki.com. It is recommended that you provide clear photo or video evidence to help us assess and resolve the issue promptly.

3. 30-Day Return Policy (After Delivery)

Not Like ? If your weapon does not satisfy you fully, it can be returned within 30 days after it was received?

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused and unworn
  • Items must be in original condition
  • All packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

Please note:
Any item showing signs of use, impact damage, or “combat wear” (including use in LARP activities, training, or testing) is not eligible for return.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless defective:

  • Custom-made products (unless manufacturing defects are present)
  • Clearance or discounted items marked as “Clearance”
  • Gift cards
  • Second-quality (“2nd Quality”) products with clearly disclosed cosmetic imperfections

5. Return Procedure

If you wish to return or cancel an order, please follow the process below:

  • Submit a request via the Withdrawal Form online or email info@dreki.com
  • Wait for our approval and return instructions
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

Return Shipping:

Customers bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless stated otherwise in our return policy.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Additional Information

We reserve the right to review and make final decisions on all return, refund, and warranty requests in accordance with applicable laws and actual circumstances.
