These copyrighted items represent a body of valuable effort put forth by Dreki Megin or its paid employees on our behalf for our use and benefit and as such have intrinsic intellectual and monetary value.
Any infringement on these items will result in action being taken against any perpetrator for monetary compensation in an amount of our choosing.
Dreki Megin reserves the right to pursue both civil and criminal penalties associated with theft of copyrighted material. It will be the transgressors responsibility to dispute the reason-ability of any such charges placed on stolen copyrighted material.
Transgressors will also be held financially responsible for all court costs, filing fees, phone bills, administrative fees and any other incidental expenses incurred as a result of the theft of our copyrighted material. Transgressors will be billed $20.00 per word per day for copy and $200.00 per image , per day. Unpaid bills will be turned over to a high pressure low class collection agency that works on a percentage of what they retrieve along with proof of copyright infringement a copy of this notice.
