ORDER PACKING
The Orders are packed and shipped individually from our warehouse located in China, If you need delivery within Canada and Unite state, orders may be filled by our local Dreki Megin partners or our Local warehouse to accommodate faster delivery times and better shopping experience . of course this does not add any additional cost to your purchase.
ORDER SHIPPING
We usually pack and ship your order within 2 business day, but delays may occur. Orders are usually will shipped through FedEx International Economy, but some time we might also will use other shipping method according the current condition of air shipping space.
If you have any special service or urgently delivery needs for the shipping, you should contact us by email when you place a order.
We can only estimate the delivery time, because many reasons may affect the delivery time, such as customs clearance and epidemic, so we cannot provide or guarantee the exact delivery time.
Whenever possible we will send packages to specified address first, if it is not possible we will send the packages close to your specified address.
IMPORT FEES & VALUE ADDED TAX
Dreki Megin cannot be held liable for these charges, nor can we determine the cost to these charges in advance. Please contact your local customs office for this information.
If customs refuses or returns the package for as your reason, like you haven't paid the import fee in time after you received the bill for that, or because you are not at home for a long time, lead to the shipping agent cannot deliver your package normally, and the parcel will be destroyed or returned to our warehouse. Dreki Megin reserves the right to charge you for all subsequent shipping charges.
If the parcel is denied or returned by your local customs because our reason, your amount of the order will be fully refunded.
SHIPPING RATES FOR INDIVIDUAL COUNTRIES
After chosen the items you would like to order, and simply choose your country and fill up the shipping address in the shipping cart, going to the next process, then the shipping rate of your order will shown on the page.
Please note, that you can get free shipping, if your bag of holding reaches a specific threshold, which is different for each country.
HOLIDAY
There are days of the year where we are unable to ship your order. During these periods there may be a longer shipping and subsequent delivery time. This is usually due to national holidays. Do note that there might be other times where we are unable to ship your orders within our stated time frame, if this happens you will be notified immediately.
